RETURNS:
All merchandise returned to Mad Monkey Motorsports 2555 Old Glory Rd Clemmons NC 27012, must have prior approval. Please contact us via email only Sales@madmonkeymotorsports..com. Returns must be made freight prepaid. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, as well as a complete explanation of the reason for return. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returned merchandise. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery. All returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and NOT USED. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the items back in our warehouse.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Mad Monkey Motorsports ships all merchandise carefully packaged and in good condition. All shipments are insured. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. All packaging materials must be presented to the carrier with a claim. DO NOT RETURN damaged merchandise to Mad Monkey Motorsports without prior approval.
